How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your preferred design, choose the available size and color, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase securely.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Our products are created especially for you after your order is placed. This helps us offer more designs, colors, and gift options while reducing unnecessary inventory.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@custom2goprint.com.

Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production. After production begins, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel the order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation by email after completing your purchase. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.

🚚 Production & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will my order take?

Because our products are made to order, delivery includes both production and shipping time:

Production: Usually 3–7 business days
Standard shipping: Usually 4–8 business days after production
Estimated total: Approximately 7–15 business days

These are estimates and may vary during holidays, periods of high order volume, severe weather, or carrier delays.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Will all my products arrive together?

Products in the same order may occasionally be produced and shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

What type of shirts do you use?

Our graphic tees are printed primarily on Comfort Colors 1717, known for its soft garment-dyed cotton, heavyweight feel, relaxed unisex fit, and lived-in color.

How do I choose the correct size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We strongly recommend reviewing the measurements before ordering.

Comfort Colors shirts have a relaxed unisex fit. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size during checkout.

Will the colors look exactly as they appear on my screen?

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, garment-dye variations, and the printing process.

Small differences in color are normal and are not considered defects.

How should I care for my shirt?

For the best results:

Machine wash cold, inside out
Use mild detergent
Wash with similar colors
Tumble dry low or hang dry
Do not iron directly over the printed design
Do not dry clean

Because each product is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

Yes. Alongside our ready-to-shop gift collection, we offer custom apparel and personalized products for businesses, churches, teams, families, and special events.

Custom apparel orders can begin with as few as 5 pieces, depending on the product and project.
