At Custom 2GO, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
📦 Print-on-Demand Products (Printify)
Most of our products are made to order through Printify (print-on-demand). Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color variations due to screen display differences
✅ We DO accept returns or replacements for:
- Defective products — printing errors, damaged items, or manufacturing defects
- Wrong item received — if you received a different product or size than ordered
- Items lost in transit — if your order never arrived
⚠️ Please note: Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
🕐 How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Email us at info@custom2goprint.com with your order number
- Include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item
- We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
💰 Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and contact us to initiate a return on the original item (if eligible).
📬 Custom Business Shirts
For bulk custom orders (Custom Business Shirt), please contact us before placing your order to confirm sizing and design details. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
