Processing & Shipping

All Custom 2GO products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production time does not include weekends or federal holidays.

Once production is complete, your order will be transferred to the shipping carrier. Shipping time begins only after the order has been produced.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 4–8 business days after production, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during holidays, periods of high order volume, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Orders containing multiple products may be produced and shipped separately. In this case, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and delivery location.

Orders of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Custom 2GO is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
